About The Outreach Team
The Outreach Team is a premier national field firm. We partner with organizations working to solve some of the biggest problems facing our society -- from protecting human rights to fighting climate change -- and help them build the resources they need to make an impact. We are a people-powered enterprise; our campaigns are effective because we hire diverse teams of talented people, invest in our staff, and treat them well.
We are hiring a Canvass Director to manage our office in Armstrong County, PA. The Canvass Director will recruit, train, and manage a team of local canvassers to have quality, in-depth conversations with local residents about committing to support clean energy projects. Directors will work within their team to build an office to scale from the ground up. All directors are expected to train staff in the field while leading by example themselves; they must also communicate long and short term goals to staff and manage campaign reporting.
With clean energy under attack, you can be the voice for the future in Pennsylvania.
While the current administration seeks to destroy environmental protections, YOU can make a difference right here in Armstrong County. We are canvassing to gain support for clean energy projects like wind and solar, which are decided at a local level. You can be the driving force to fight for clean energy projects that will improve the local economy, give us cleaner air, and protect the interests of the community over the interests of billionaires and big oil.
Location: Armstrong County. Strong preference for local and in-state candidates.
