Community Canvasser – Collect signatures for a progressive ballot initiative (24/hr + bonuses)

Hiring Immediately – $24/hr starting – $26/hr for leadership + $150-$360 per week in bonus potential

Help us gather signatures in San Diego to qualify a local measure that protects essential services like emergency response and disaster preparedness for our communities. From now through March, our team will engage directly with voters at high-traffic community locations to collect signatures and build support. This is face-to-face petitioning at public sites, not door-to-door canvassing or fundraising.

This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in the following areas: Leadership, Communication & Advocacy, Community Outreach & Engagement, Campaign Work, Public Policy, and Social Enterprise.

Get paid well! Canvassing positions start at $24/hour. Team Lead positions start at $26/hour. We offer performance bonuses, paid training, sick pay, and bonuses for friend referrals.
