Field Director
Field Directors (Oregon)
The Equal Rights for All ballot initiative campaign is hiring for both Lead and Deputy Field Directors to manage paid petition gatherers in Portland and Eugene, Oregon.
In the face of escalating threats to the basic rights and safety of all Oregonians, it’s time to secure reproductive freedom and LGBTQIA+ equality in the state constitution. As Oregonians, we believe that we all should have the freedom to make decisions for ourselves and our families that we need to live and thrive without political control, discrimination, or interference. To affirm these rights, this fall we will collect over 150 thousand signatures to secure a place on the ballot in the November 2026 election.
Field Directors will oversee signature collection offices in both Portland and Eugene. This team will recruit, train, and manage local petitioners who will gather signatures in public settings across the state.
